Do you know where I can find some in-ear noise cancelling headphones? My mom took away my last ones but I got them from school so I don't know where to get another pair

Does anyone have suggestions for affordable ones? (you could also layer regular headphones with earplugs)

I get overstimulated a lot w noise. I love loud music, but that's the only thing I can stand. I hate when people try to talk to me or when they're talking around me it makes me want to cry uugh. Does anyone else have this problem? How do u deal w it?

i use soft earplugs, so that it only filters some noise. any other suggestions?
