It’s simple enough, low tech, low overhead, and that to me seems like it could be done anywhere. It doesn’t really require any particular of conditions…I guess I feel it’s still affordable to have a small space like this in a relatively central location in the city. That if you were in any other city in the states, or in any other major city in the world, you might not find that to be so affordable to do. Those spaces in the city might be actually MOST expensive. And therefore you would want to be located farther from the center. But for us, we wanted to be closer to the center of the city, just a place where people in Beijing circulate. An area that is part of people’s lives in Beijing. We tried to do a kind of model that I think could be replicated anywhere…
