I think this man is either the help they need or the aforementioned sea people…but like they showed him so i feel like it will come into play they are usually pretty good at tying thing in like that :)
Oooh interesting, I could see that. The writers are usually very good with tying up loose ends, yes, so that could be a plausible scenario. I think the sea people will be a part of the City of Light storyline, if at all (I have a feeling we will meet them though). Was there a spoiler floating around that mentioned the Ice Nation? I can't remember...
