Lazytown wouldnt be affected by quarantine bc theyre so small and literally no one ever enters or leaved (except for sportacus to get his ship's water, but he goes to a remote area in iceland to do that) so they really dont change much of their habits.

Except each time robbie does a disguise it scares the children bc they think he's some out of town stranger and what if he carries the virus??? Ofc sportacus knows and one day he pulls robbie aside and is like "you cant keep playing with the children with the disguises. They think u have covid"

And robbie listens but is also offended bc "playing??? Im not playing with them! I want them to stop playing!!! Im trying to run you out! How do you know its always me??" and sport is just

But robbie stops with the disguises (for now) bc he doesnt want to scare the children that badly and also sport may get mad if he keeps it up and he doesnt want sport to be mad

He still tries to chase sport out of town, but this time, even more than normal, hes happy it doesnt work

Hey! I was super into Lazy Town as a kid- even saw it live once (Australian Tour)but I don’t actually know what GGIL is? I can kinda piece it together but you seem like you know what you’re talking about. So could you give me a short crash course? Thanks! :D

I'd love to! I know youre only asking abt ggil but i wanna show off my knowledge (and you may already know things but since idk what you know, ill assume you dont)

Lazytown started in iceland and at first it was a book called Áfram Latabær. As far as I remember, the book was pretty popular in Iceland. Magnus (the creator and also Sportacus) eventually turned it into a play. Bädo Innos posted it if you'd like to watch it! (Bädo Innos is our savior. We love them. They post everything.)

There's thebasics of Lazytown. Except there was no villian and a good show needs a villian to make it interesting. Cue Stefan Karl, whom Magnus met on a plane, surprisingly enough. They got along well. Stefan agreed to be in Magnus's next project. Thus, Glanni Glæpur was born. GGIL stands for Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ. You can watch it here. Glanni's an earlier version of Robbie, but instead of trying to make the kids lazier and run Sportacus out of town, he just wants to make money and commit crimes. (Which he does.) The play has characters that aren't in the show, like Officer Obtuse, Hannin, and Jives (we love Jives.)

It's really entertaining and if you love Lazytown, I really recommend a watch. I've seen it too many times.

Also, can I say I'm jealous you saw a play? I know I was only like five or six when they were doing those, but I'm still jealous.
