Here’s some info about her—
✨ She’s from Sumeru but she’s currently resides in Mondstadt.
✨ An ex-student of the Akademiya of Sumeru, she specialises in elemental reactions (Spantamad Darshan) and is an amateur alchemist. The Traveller and Paimon encounter her while she was searching for wolfhooks in the Whispering Woods.
✨ Backstory:-
Arsha was a good student (though not at Lisa’s level of excellence) and was involved in conducting an experiment led by a respected sage. However, once things took a dark turn she was forced to choose between the life of a renowned scholar… or that of an Akademiya reject. She chose to stick with her principles but there was little she could do against the Sage and his associates. She was promptly sent to Aaru Village, condemned “insane”.
Naturally, she was miserable. Toiling under the desert sun was hardly how she (or her family) had expected her life to turn out. After her eighth month in the village she decided to roam the world instead of feeling sorry for herself. She bided her time till she saved enough mora for the journey, but her ticket came earlier than expected in the form of adventurers.
Journeying back with them to the nearest settlement, Arsha joined the Adventurer’s Guild and has been adventuring ever since (she’s never been to Inazuma though but she can’t wait for the chance to visit).
Unfortunately, her isolation has affected her interpersonal skills so she prefers to keep to herself and say little; but when she does it’s rarely unpleasant.
But her simple, wandering life is shaken once she begins to bond with the people of Mondstadt… particularly a certain captain.

✨ She’s in her early twenties.
✨ She can tell you all the classical reactions blindfolded but will fumble through her introduction (she’ll laugh it off but internally she’s ripping her hair out). She also once famously called a nobleman’s bodyguard his “boyfriend” by accident and has never lived it down.
✨ She has a cryo vision (it’s hidden under her layers, she doesn’t like the attention it brings).
✨ She’s actually quite mischievous once you get to know her.
✨There aren’t many things she’s proud of, but she’s a knowledgeable and formidable mage and she knows it.
✨ Voice headcanon: Something like Pearl’s from Steven Universe but slightly accented (she carries Sumeru with her whether she likes it or not).
✨ She’s sweet most of the times and rarely complains (even if she is bothered) but bringing up the Akademiya sours her mood immediately. Despite her awkwardness, she’s quite friendly and hides little — which ends up making her look more confident than she feels.
She has a strong sense of justice and though she hates getting involved in someone else’s struggles, she usually does.
The kind of person who cares for others more than she does for herself but still feels alien.
✨ Her “staff” was made by her for aesthetic purposes, but she bonks enemies with it. She’s more of a healer.
✨ She likes to sing and is quite good at it, but she doesn’t like to flaunt it.
✨ She holds grudges. A lot of grudges. She can be petty and she’s proud of it.
