The idea here was that post Prisoner Rescue mission, Ziyi snaps a photo as soon as they step off the transport copter because she's gotta show everyone she's okay and ready to get back in the fight despite what she went through, as well as hype up her partner for being the hero of the hour. Meanwhile for Arshile the adrenaline from flying into a combat zone has worn off and now he's just worried she's moving around so much knowing she's fresh off of being held captive/tortured by Balam.
