He looked at her like a child.... Lost and fading.... She became alight with flames.

Arsonne is a hard case to crack, she's selfish, self centered, short tempered, and broken.

Dewey Duck struck a lucky score when he was able to race, All thanks to his Uncle Scrooge and his vast ties in sportsmanship, Dewey can now race for the World's Cup. 

But there is one Racer who refuses to loose.. Miss Anne Pekins, well known racer and well under the employment of X... When Dewey wins just for fun, he doesn't realize what he's gotten himself into..

Hey @punkcider! I was thinking, since you like Darkwing sp nich, could you maybe come up with a villain for him?? That would be so awesome! Please and thank youuu!

and here we go, meet Arsonne! 

her Villain name is Arsonne (Pronounced Arsony) She posses no powers but she is obsessed with fire, to the point she wants to burn everything she can, this includes any building or objects of importance. She sometimes whistles unintentionally while speaking.

Arsonne does not get along with the Liquidator or Bushroot but she actually likes it when Launchpad shows up, Making Darkwing mad because Launchpad will get side tracked and talk to her instead of helping defeat her.

She will often get into fights with Bushroot and Darkwing will have to save the city from grave danger. Overall this was just for fun and I may draw her more!
