Queer, Trans and Questioning Muslims

Hey, everyone

I was hoping you can do a public announcement on our Queer Trans and Questioning Muslim group at York University. Here's the info below, Thank you!

This group strives to be is a safer and welcoming for Queer Trans and Questioning Muslims within the LGBTQI spectrum. The group will focus on issues surrounding being queer and Muslims and navigating through life. There will be art-making, peer-led dialogue through sharing of skills and experiences. This group runs biweekly, on Wednesdays, and our next meeting February 11, 2015.

- An art-based working group - Come paint, write, play music. or meet other Queer Muslims - Discover Queer Trans and questioning Muslim artists in your community - Have a group discussion around spirituality & queerness - Snacks will be provided
