Thranduil's Canon clothes (undergarments)
Ok so I just finished his shift!
I patterned it to look very fancy (Extra because Thranduil is Extra). It has an effeminate flair with it being *kinda* Greek styled (the open scooped back is a little more contemporary of a choice on my part) with an average Medieval look (too short for Greek culture but also longer than usual for a day shift).
Band like griddles were worn both by men and women in ancient Greece. But not underneath clothing like I am choosing to do here with Thranduil's effeminate ribbon griddle. The idea of a griddle being worn under ones clothes is actually far more modern.
Anyways here you go!
NOTE: #1 I am looking for a wig to replace the place holder wig he is currently wearing. If anyone has any wig suggestions let me know!
And #2 HIS EYELASHES FELL OFF 😵 yeah it got so damn hot in the house that the glue on his lashes melted! Only a single part survived so I have to fix that when I'm able to get back home after my surgery recovery. (Still at a friend's house recovering. Big oof)
A bountiful friend harvest!

These sweet little Pumpkin Friends are handmade art dolls, each about 10 cm tall 🤎
They’re tiny, handmade, and made to bring a little bit of autumn magic wherever they go. 🍂🎃

Doll Projects
So I am desperately trying to rotate doll projects to keep it all fresh so I don't burn out. Doing anything is a little hard because I just had surgery ( I'm doing great btw 🌈💖don't worry). It's still just a lil hard to sit up for longer periods of time. But I'm getting there! I was able to sketch today and I count that as a win!
With that said here are the projects for finished doll bodies that I've been cycling through.
Celebrimbor's canon accessories (shoes/hammer/anvil/ forging armor)
Adar's Canon clothes (Chainmail) his armor and accessories will come later
Thranduil's canon clothes (currently making the long jacket) more pieces will come later
Halloween costumes for Adar, Celebrimbor, and Thranduil (I have concepts sketched for Adar and Brimby. Still figuring out Thrandy)
Doll Bodies still in progress.
High King Gil-galad (oh yeah don't think I forgot about him!) I just have been burnt out on sculpting modifications 😮💨 his sculpt is partially difficult. But eventually I WILL finish him.
I'll likely have another doll poll after these 4 get their canon clothes/ Accessories completed. It will just be a while.
Toy mods that I am planning.
Polly Pocket fellowship (I already have 3 book polly capsules and will base them on scenes from the movies) I will sculpt all 9 members of the fellowship for these capsules. The style will be based on the early 2000's because of the time the movies were released. Though I might choose for my micro dolls to be in the 80's/90's Polly Pocket style. Not sure yet. Also trying to figure out how to properly modify the capsules.
Polly Pocket Mordor (I need to find a Polly capsule for Adar's Mordor from the rings of power) I will sculpt an Adar and Glug micro doll for this capsule. I'm thinking that the original 80's style will be perfect for them. Haven't forgotten this! Someone in a post was talking about this and I'm like yeah I can definitely figure out how to make a Polly Pocket Mordor! I may also say fuck it and make a fully custom capsule from scratch! I just need to figure out how.
A little doll nook for Celebrimbor (I actually already have a small Disney princess doll nook that I can strip down and modify for this. And itty bitty Brimby has a few pieces of little doll furniture to go in there. I will also attempt to give him a tiny forge in that doll nook)
