JUSTIFIED 4X12 - Peace of Mind (requested by @astronomical-light)
Justified except Boyd and Ava do get their Dairy Queen franchise but it’s completely above board, completely legitimate. And Raylan is convinced it isn’t so he wastes all the marshals’ time and resources doing stakeouts and Art is so sick of his shit. But truthfully Raylan just wants a free ice cream that he thinks Boyd owes him for just…everything. However when he goes to collect this ice cream he thinks he is owed, Boyd is like “Now now Raylan Givens you know I can’t just give my goods away for free. That ain’t no way to run a Business,” and refuses to give Raylan his free ice cream. So Raylan goes and sits moodily in his Lincoln until he sees Tim’s truck pull into the Dairy Queen parking lot. He sees Tim and Rachel hop out and go to the walk-up order window and he gets out of his car to go see them but he stops when he hears Boyd greet Tim and Rachel warmly and they order their ice cream (Rachel orders a peanut buster parfait and Tim gets like, as many blizzards as he can carry) and when they try to pay, Boyd shakes his head and chuckles and says “Oh, Deputies, please. Your money is no good here. You know law enforcement and veterans eat for free at the Harlan County Dairy Queen,” and his eyes flash as he looks across the lot at Raylan and winks at him. And Raylan storms off, betrayed by the very people he loves 💔🍦😔

guys I started writing a one shot in my head that's Art finding out about Givenson & reacting like a disappointed dad who had better hopes for his son's love life except that Tim isn't his son & Art maybe has a mild crisis about the fact that apparently he looks at Tim like a son now & some awkward but heartfelt silliness ensues help
