Artbox Cafe
So, recently I spent a week in Briton to celebrate my sister graduating as a nurse.
What I didn't expect to find the world's cutest cafe right next to my hotel.
Turns out it is the first dedicated character cafe in the UK.
Naturally we all had to go.
(Don't worry this all took place before the UK went on full lockdown and we made sure to follow the NHS guidelines and wore masks at all times.)
Currently the featured character was Gudetama the lazy egg, the previous being Pusheen the cat.
I had never heard of Gudetama before this, and honestly they have completely stolen my heart. I hope they know that I would die for them and their cute butt.
As well as being the cutest cafe ever, the food was incredible. The menu was quite small, but I decided to go for a vegan hotdog. I had never had one before and it was amazing. 😘 I also got some free coasters which were adorable.
I could have spent all of my money at the boutique but I restrained myself and got a few special items to treasure.
However, it turns out there is one more Artbox location in England. It is in Convent Gardens, London. Coincidentally, I will be travelling there in a few months so I'm sure my Gudetama collection will grow. I'm sure my cat would love that.
