The Rock (2026) Mr. Strange Jean-Marie Gitard (aka Mr. Strange), a painter and digital artist, draws inspiration from the surrealism of Dali, Magritte, and Hooper. Using photomanipulation and digital collage techniques, with occasional use of oil paint, he creates enigmatic works imbued with absurdity. His pieces, blending poetry and sharp critique, evoke surprise, curiosity, and reflection by straddling the line between the real world and the imaginary.

Yellowish Mech Chrome
Yellowish Mech Chrome lives in the tension between warmth and machinery. The surface glows like oxidized sunlight trapped inside metal—chrome that has learned to age, to stain, to remember.
This is not futuristic imperfection; it is technology after emotion has passed through it and out.
The yellow tone softens the mechanical severity, giving the forms a strange vulnerability. Edges remain sharp, reflective, industrial—yet the color insists on something human, almost nostalgic. Scratches disrupt the polish, breaking the illusion of control. They read like time marks, proof that even synthetic bodies absorb history.
