I am struggling to write a blog post about "Sashiko & Art". Since I am not a traditional artist (I have never "studied" Art), I am confused by the terminology. I know what Sashiko is, but I am lost at what "Art" indicate in terms of definition. What is the definition of Art for you? I felt natural when I read a quate "The art has no function (therefore it is the art)". ☆ Please teach (Share with) me, if you have your own definition of Art. Without the definition, I cannot discuss on the topic of "Is Sashiko Art?"
