Now for something different: I’ve started on the basecoat of ArtelW Chastener model. 

Now, I’ll be honest: I’ve never been 100% sure what the colour of the armour of the Adeptus Arbites is supposed to be. In some pics it looks simply like black metal, in some pics it looks deep blue. As a Judge Dredd fan, and the son of an ex-bobby, I’ve decided to go with the blue colour. So I’ve decided to go with a Leadbelch basecoat, which I will then extensively shade with Drakenhof Nightshade. Then I’ll work from there.

Also... I have no fucking idea what that thing on his shoulder is supposed to be! so I’ll definitely paint that last.
