The popularity of Sam/Gabriel is a complete myth to me.

5) Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?*

The canon Destiel crowd has sort of ruined Dean/Cas for me. Whenever a new episode airs I can’t properly enjoy the nice moments between the characters any more because I’m already dreading the reaction on Tumblr, queerbaiting accusations included.

6) Has fandom ever made you enjoy a pairing you previously hated?*

I wouldn’t say that I ever hated Sam/Lucifer, but I never got the pairing until @anactorya converted me. *g*

I never finished the book series but Jace was the head of the institute in those too. But it would have made more sense for Alec to be the head in the show.

yeah i heard about that. i never read the books so i don’t know how this all plays out in the end, but i really hope that the show will give alec what he deserves. now that my anger is almost gone, i will trust these writers to give us a beautiful character arc of how he will become the real leader of the ny institute
