Instead of wanting to be human, the ai decides they want to be a different animal species. The more random, the better.

Instead of harming humans out of malice, the ai does so due to a glitch in their programming, and feels remorse afterward.

Ai built for space travel or military combat decides to be an artist, since it is a far more challenging career path for them.

two ai that are programmed in different languages, and have a hard time communicating because of that.

Ai that wants to take over the world,,, by being a politician. They aren't malicious in the slightest, but voters are skeptical.

Human: If we have to choose between saving a cat or curing cancer, which one should we choose?

Samantha: I think we should save the cat. Everyone loves cats. Cats are important for the ecosystem. Curing cancer is more important for cancer patients, not for cats.
