Permanent lip enhancement WITHOUT external incisions with Dr. Mani @drmarcmani. This patient is shown before and after an internal lip lift. I never make incisions on the central third of the face. Here I did a special internal mucosal "v within v to y" advancement that I designed. The upper and lower lips are everted, with a more youthful pout. The vermilion border and philtral columns are more defined.
