Sending out some live art to a new home today. Can’t even begin to explain what experiencing the support for what I do does for me and my headspace. Like, of COURSE as artists we need to be real with the notion that not everyone’s going to like the art that we make, and that’s okay!! But boy, when folks actively show interest and start purchasing work, that catches me off guard in the best of ways, no matter how little or how frequently it happens. ✍️🥲 so much gratitude.
