“Oh wow. You know what’s perfectly lovely about this place? The weather. It’s almost never rains.” Her mother called it happy weather. Ironically, the weather never seemed to make her any happier. The states were lovely, sure. But they weren’t home. “My name’s Cassie, by the way. I’m sort of new around here. I’m really not sure where I’m going, actually. Just somewhere, I suppose.
