Ingredients: 1 store-bought pizza dough. 1 cup pickled mushrooms, sliced. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh arugula for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450F 232C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush olive oil evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle minced garlic over the oiled dough. Evenly distribute the pickled mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled goat cheese over the dough. Sprinkle sliced red onions and fresh thyme leaves on top of the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top with fresh arugula for a burst of freshness. Slice and serve your delicious Pickled Mushroom Flatbread.
