I wish I remembered the name of this place ;-; All I remember is “Artisan Noodles” and the fact that it’s located near a shell gas station that didn’t accept mobile payment and I only remember that cuz @limegreenelf and I tried it and had to drive all the way to another location to get the 5c/gallon back lololol . BUT just cuz I don’t remember the name of the place doesn’t mean it was bad/average! In fact, I’d say this was my 2nd ord 3rd fav noodle place of my NorCal trip (and I went to at least 6 noodle places during my trip LOL) . Btw I have a real question for you about eggs and noodle soup: do you wait til the egg cooks a little and then eat it whole or do you break it up while it’s still a little runny to flavor the noodles/soup? .
