Here is a new solo I performed at ArtLab J Studios in Detroit in March 2013. Sound score by Joshua Harrison. The work is still in progress as I continue researching rituals. This work focuses on rituals as preparation for spiritual engagement. I am asking the questions; how do rituals help in the preparation of your own spiritual practice and when are they no longer needed? As the work continues to evolve I believe it will be a part of a larger group dance. Enjoy!
