Is Simon in control of himself when he’s in his weredog form? (For the magwood AU)

When he first became a weredog, he could just barely control it (like he couldn’t control most of his actions, but he wouldn’t attack or destroy anything purposefully), but as time passed he gained better control over it.

By the time he and Marcy start hunting vampires, he can control the fire dog form completely but the lava dog form is still mostly Magwood (though Magwood is a lot more ‘tame’ by then as well, so it won’t go on a rampage the moment it gets free like the first time).

a good thing from my day is that I had dinner in the garden with a friend, it was really lovely to be outside for a bit and all the trees in the garden are blossoming at the moment and it's just lovely outside <3
