Experimenting with drip painting in the studio today...
"The Abrupt Awakening of Goldilocks" 18 x 24" watercolor on paper. For the Black in the Future exhibit at C & G Gallery in Pittsburgh, PA. This piece is in reference to women living their lives under the male gaze and realizing that the only parts men see are the parts that fit his world view and preconceived notions. This is about how we men attempt to turn women into little more than dolls.
