Deciding to go on a run will take time from something else. Sleep, work, family time, rest, etc.
No doubt, you have had to decide between an extra hour of sleep or your scheduled run. True, at times we need the extra sleep and recovery, but usually we can sacrifice the sleep. And, the benefits of the run are long lasting.
By deciding to run over sleep, you will feel better about yourself, probably sleep better the next night and benefit weeks, months and years from now.
So, should you run today?
The deciding to run formula is simple:
Make it a habit and you will benefit.
