❤️ My room with a view for tonight at Winter Solstice Sadhana in Lake Wales, FL! It's my first time EVER staying in a tent and sleeping outside! So, yeah, I'm a little late to the game sometimes, but I seem to be on a roll of stepping outside my comfort zone lately, and I'm beginning to truly love it! As part of my training in India, I had to complete one day of White Tantric Yoga. Today was my day ... 6 meditations, four 62 minute Kriyas and two 31 minute Kriyas! It wasn't easy at all, but so rewarding!! Feeling quite accomplished and blissed out! It was awesome reuniting with some of the India crew too 🤗🤗🤗it's a small world!! Now, off to sleep to the sweet sounds of Gaia before heading home in the morning!!
