Today marks the Prakash Purab of Shri Guru Ramdas Sahib Ji Maharaj, 4th Guru of the Sikhs 🙏

If we start describing him we can't run out of his praises, his teachings, his love and yet we would not have enough words to express him 🙏

A very bountiful gift was given to us by him which would change our lives if we could follow even a tiny bit of it..

He gave us the Bani Laavan - the path of togetherness with loved ones and Waheguru ❤️

Sikhism is a way of life lived with family and family life is a part of the road to obtain Waheguru 🙏

In the Baani that is read to signify union of husband and wife, Guru Ramdas Sahib Ji

Explains the route ahead :

1. Do what is right and what is expected of you - Karam !

In every sphere of life - do what is right.

Love your loved ones, but don't take the wrong path for them.. instead motivate each other to take the path to Almighty 💕

Through Seva, Simran and Sangat ✨

2. Give up on ego after doing that - the part that is difficult for most !

Nowadays we live to be seen, to be heard, to be appreciated but actually it doesn't matter.

Almighty has seen you do the right thing, and that's more than enough.

3. Enjoy doing what is right... Not as a responsibility but as life !

Hukam - we always talk about accepting it but more so we should love it ❤️

Love life together, love the almighty together, love being thankful, Love Waheguru ❤️

4. Get the fruits of your work - eternal bliss !

Believe, love, receive 💓
