I'm going to participate in artfight again. It's been a whole year since I've been on here, so what better way than to do artfight again? I've been in a funk for a while, so maybe this will help motivate me to draw again.

As a child I never really thought much of Charlie and the chocolate factory I just though it was neat that the movie added on to the story. But now as an adult it freaks me out when I remember that we saw the kids come out of the factory. Which is good cause cool they are alive but also will they go back to normal??? Is Augustus Violet and Mike ok??? Ahhhhh?!?!

YEAH LIKE... LOOKING BACK THAT SHIT IS TERRIFYING??? YES THOSE KIDS WERE PRETTY RUDE BUT DID THEY DESERVE THAT???

Oh, I just noticed the little detail of Joe's spoon not being in the right way in his sick panel. I guess he was disoriented putting it back in.

Eeeeyup! XD  Having a high fever certainly has creative ways of making you feel out of it, don’t it?

Its a funny how you added the detail of Joe actually steaming in embarrassment.

I liked putting that in, too! Sometimes the little details can add so much. XD

Hey, sorry if this is a weird/annoying ask but I was just curious about your cup ocs. You said that Malty was the others step brother, right? Was it a case of he came into the family already grown up or was born into the family? Sorry if I’m not clear on the question and also have a good day regardless ^_^

Neither, actually! Malton became a part of their family when he was found as a baby.

Have any of you three ever been curious where Malton might have came from? Or is just something you don’t really think/care about?

Susen: “I was too young to really remember when we found Malton, so I never really questioned it all that much. Growing up, Malty’s always just been my little brother, not my little adopted brother, you know? I guess since we’re talking about it, I sometimes wonder where he came from, but then I can’t help but wonder who would just…leave him there….”

Joe: “…I remember how we found him if that’s what you’re asking about. As for where he came from…..I don’t like thinking about it. I don’t think it’s worth thinking about, either. It doesn’t matter where he came from. Malton’s our brother, and we’re both happy to have him in our lives.”Malton: “Aww shucks! I love you guys!” -Malton drags Susen and Joe into a hug-

Has there ever been sibling squabbles between you three?

Malton: “Heh..yup!”Susen: “Of course. No one knows how to get under your skin quite like family does.”Joe: -Joe nods in agreement.-

Have you ever thought about what sort of voices you want for your Cuphead ocs?

Kinda-sorta. I only really have a sort of clear idea for Malton at the moment.

For Malton, I kind of imagined his voice to be something along the lines of Jack McBayer (Wander, Fix it Felix Jr., Clumsy Smurf) or Miles Luna (David from camp camp)

Joe and Susen’s voices are still kind of a mystery to me.

 Joe’s voice I kinda want to be deeper-sounding, maybe more on the baritone side of vocal range. 

For Susen, I still don’t really have much of an idea yet, other than I don’t want her to sound too squeaky or high-pitched. A Minnie Mouse or Betty Boop voice just doesn’t really fit her all that well - or at least I don’t think so, anyways.
