Okay, so... You've got me interested in DA:I. I kind of want to give it a try, but I'm not sure if I'd like it. If you had to put it next to similar games, what would those games be?
Well I haven’t played it yet, so I’m not entirely prepared to say anythign with confidence, especially since it looks quite different from the previous games. From what I’ve seen it’s been compared to Skyrim a lot, though I’d take those claims with a grain of salt. On the whole The Dragon Age Series is a lot like Mass Effect in a fantasy setting, but with a combat system more oriented towards tactics and strategy than aim and shoot. There is a LOT of emphasis on story, relationships and character to a level that is really unmatched. There are some gameplay videos out there for you to take a look at the mechanics if you’d like!
