TWISTED ARTY is a Twisted that enters the spawn pool beginning at Floor 10, but he remains an entirely optional encounter. Players can choose to ignore him completely with no repercussions.

ENCOUNTER INFO:

Twisted Arty indicates he has spawned by leaving a trail of Ichor footprints from the elevator to a Staff Only door on the floor. All alive players must approach the door and confirm they want to enter the Staff Only area to begin the encounter.

I have some post encounter stuff, but I think I've rambled on enough about Arty here... If anyone has any questions, I'd be happy to answer! (Check my profile for Arty's Toon version!!!)
