The distinctive flowers of Zantedeschia aethiopica (arum lily, calla lily, trumpet lily, African lily, Egyptian lily, lily of the Nile) have funnel-shaped white spathes with yellow spadices. This clump-forming herbaceous or semi-evergreen perennial requires a damp soil.
