I really do wish there was an asexual romance dialogue option for Tav in Baldur's Gate 3. Most other aspects of role-playing the game has really got down, impressively so.

And then it's like 'did you want to romance an NPC? the only option is SEX'

There should be an option to say "I like you but I don't want to sleep with you" and not have that lock you out of the rest of the romance.

Hell, I'd even take a demisexual "I don't want to sleep with you YET" cause most the time it happens so EARLY it doesn't make sense to me personally.

For everything else the game lets you do, it won't let me play an ace character, I have to play an allosexual character.

Oof, the mess that comes from starting a new game.

We have a bby DM starting a new game who announced it on a D&D server where up until now I’ve been the only confirmed DM. Naturally, it has attracted the attention of SEVERAL players (almost half the server!) and now we have a large group of people asking to join the game. The number of players was reaching 10 before we got together, did a head count, and looked at a slightly terrified fresh DM and went “Yeah let’s pare this down a bit...”

So now we’re sitting at a group of possible 7, minimum 4 of which are capable experienced players by now, working to make sure we have a well-rounded group and that everyone has their materials. I’m working with the bby DM since I’ll be a player, to help them keep track of what the team’s doing and letting the players know what numbers to roll when they get lost, and helping with math so that the DM isn’t the only one on the hook for that.

But dayum isn’t it chaotic to start out with! And we aren’t even actually starting until October!
