Never more than when I'm giffing prom does Gale and Randy's chemistry smack you in the face, oh my god. You can tell they really got on in real life as the whole dance sequence comes across so natural, they're making silly faces and laughing. Their chemistry just pops off the screen.

I’ve been talking to your best friend, I don’t say this to make you jealous or to be petty even though I love to do that. I’ve been talking to him because he’s the closest thing I have to you, he’s the only tie I have left. We don’t bring you up, I don’t know if it’s because you asked him not to or because he just doesn’t want to but I desperately want to ask about you. Ask if you made it home safe, ask if there’s someone else, ask if your happy, ask what happened. There are so many questions and only vague answers. A casual “he’s back home”. Part of me thinks I should cut him off because it feels like I’m only using him even if I did once see him as a friend. Now he’s just a way to still be connected to you. It’s funny when we talk because it reminds me of the three of us. It’s not the same though. You aren’t around to tell us to be nicer or more optimistic. Anyways, what I really want is for you to read this and to know I’m talking to him so you can ask about me like I do you. So he can tell you that I still wear your jackets all the time or that I’ve been watching your favorite movies or listening to hopecity. I just need you to know that I’m still trying to work things out even after you’ve left.
