Out of curiosity, what does typically works best for you peeps when wanting to navigate through a blog? Dash-style or carrd?
quarantine queen
I know nobody cares but my flatmate & me basically got kicked out of our apartment in the nicest way possible and we moved within a week to a new one (thank the gods we’ve found something new in time) and I’m dead tired and I don’t have wifi at the new place yet, so ... that’s why I’m not online a lot
I don’t know really what it is. Maybe it’s the act of aging; the process of growing up. Death used to be such an inconceivable idea, like a distant dream you once had where you can’t make out any details. For the past 6 months, I’ve been living recklessly - a life driven into chaos without a care in the world, “I’ll die young anyways” is what I always thought to myself. But now, with each waking day, I feel so much more grateful to be alive. I don’t want to live as recklessly anymore. I think I want to live for a long time and see where this life takes me, there are so many different paths and opportunities my way, and I want to see it through to the end, I think. I want to start making a difference: I want to do everything in my power to help in any way I can, the collective suffering of people. I guess this is a part of growing up too? When you begin realizing that the world is too big to think the view you have now shouldn’t change - that you should soon start giving back, in any way you can. But at the same time, I still feel so young, far from being an abled responsible adult. And yet, I do enjoy this! The excitement of new adventures that await, and still cherishing and making the most of things with an optimistic child-like attitude. It’s just a matter of changing perspectives.
I don’t know, I’m in a very weird place in life right now, but I think I’m really looking forward to things.
