En ce moment se tient le Festival International de Yoga à Rishikesh, au bord du Gange, en Uttarakhand. Le yoga en Inde comporte plusieurs écoles, relativement éloignées de la gymnastique douce qu'on trouve en Europe. Du point de vue hindou, un yogi est un ascète pratiquant le yoga, une forme d'engagement spirituel. Renseignez-vous bien si vous souhaitez faire un stage de yoga en Inde.
