I think my frontal lobe might have finally reached its full form. We need, now more than ever, to dismantle the patriarchal power structures and create a society that works for the many, not just the few. We need to address the deeply entrenched inequalities in society and listen to women, particularly to marginalised women. We need to fight for women's rights, for the fall of the patriarchy and for the desperately needed destruction of the alt-right, which amongst its followers count some of the most misogynistic minds alive. Today, I think of Catherine and my love for her, and for all women and girls. You inspire me. Happy International Women's Day.
