it’s important to note that the reason minoru is designated a grade one sorcerer rather than special grade is because she works with the higher-ups. they are so fervently set in their belief that she’ll abide by their will that marking her as a special grade isn’t something they believe is necessary. without a doubt in my mind, minoru’s connection to koito and her ultimate technique is special grade capacity — but since she works alongside of sorcerer society, there’s not a need to mark her as that.
