I'm sorry for flooding your inbox all the time but I'm obsessed with FFXV? I had this game for a week now and I've put in 30 hours just doing side quests mostly. Ardyn freaks me out (I was not getting in the car with him, no thanks) so I don't even want to do the main plot right now.

But anyway, just wanted to thank you for the new hyper fixation and the brain rot. I've known the boys for a week now and I will die for them.

dezzie was thankful the day was over, and she was sat at one of the booths counter her tips for the evening. it wasn’t a particularly generous day, but at least she knew her lights were going to be on for the next month. she sat back, taking a load off when she noticed wren. “hey girl, how did your day go? hopefully better than mine.” she hummed, slipping her tips into the front zipper of her purse. “any plans for the evening?” she asked curiously, trying to make conversation with the other.

You don't use reference??? That's AMAZING I wish I could do that too. How did you start tho? I find it so dang hard to change when I've gotten too comfy with references

asdfasdf Sometimes I do, just not super often! And that's only half accurate. I've been an artist for a long time, so I've got a mental back log of other good art I've seen, as well as times I noticed or payed attention to real life people/objects. And I would never say you need to stop using references! Like I stated earlier, I think I probably need to use them more. x'D But if you've practiced a lot with references you eventually get a feel for how those things you reference look, that can allow you to recall them without a reference! At least that's how I've seen it explained once, and that method HAS worked for me, although for context that refers to dedicated studying of a specific thing. Ultimately if you feel you need to change the best step would to be just trying with less or no reference, depending on what you think you need, and then making judgements from there onward on how you think you should proceed.

EDIT: PEEPS I USE REFERENCES FOR THE CHARACTERS I DRAW asdfasdf I CANNOT DRAW ZHONGLI PERFECTLY FROM MEMORY I JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY. I’M TALKING ABOUT OTHER KINDS OF REFERENCES. 8′D
