Vincent entered their home quietly; it was late, and he assumed Yazoo had gone to bed some time ago, an assumption that he saw proved true, when he walked by the Remnant’s room, where the door was opened just enough for him to peer in. The silver haired young man was, indeed, asleep-- and hanging half off his bed.
As quietly as he could, Vincent steps inside the room and eases the hanging half of Yazoo’s body back onto his bed, making sure his head is resting comfortably on his pillow...and, unable to stop himself, brings the blanket that also tumbled to the floor, and drapes it over his son’s sleeping form. The motion brings a comfort to his soul-- as does the sight of his son, sleeping peacefully. “Goodnight, Yazoo.”
