For my sister’s @ayushikejriwal wedding I wanted to make sure my Mum was not treated like an outcast. I designed a beautiful Odhini with my Dad’s name embroidered along the word ‘प्यार’ (Love) on it to honour their love. The Odhini itself was a red bandhani handcrafted georgette piece with embroidery on it. My mother used this Odhini for all the ceremonies.
