What should I do with maki's mom card and Nico's little brother card?? Do I fuse them with other cards or?

These cards are only good for leveling the Skill of other cards. So the UR Parent cards are only used for leveling up the Skill of any UR Card. This includes any Skill.

Maki’s Mother is the Cool attribute so it will only work on Cool Attribute UR’s and will only level up the skill (100% if at level 1) and give a small amount of experience.

The Yazawa siblings are also used the same way. Except for R cards. Not SR’s or UR’s.

You can also fuse those cards (Parents, Siblings, Alpacas) together to increase the skill of THOSE cards to further increase your chances of leveling up Idols Skills.
