Chuffing out a laugh as he coaxed the fire to grow larger with a gentle breath, it didn't take very long for the cinder to become a full on flame in the hearth, the prince looking quite proud of himself as he turned to face Claude. "That will be unnecessary for now, though I reserve the right to hold such a promise over you until I see fit to use it." Joked with a smirk, then a rolling of his eyes at the mention of him cursing. "Exactly where is it you believe I picked up such a habit from? The professor was raised amongst mercenaries, after all." Was he joking still, or had Dimitri really picked up the habit of a curse or two from their beloved professor? Who was to say, really. With how little he even had the chance to joke around with his peers, it was tough to tell with Dimitri at times, most not even believing him capable of such jovial play, much like his ability to curse.
"I am pleased to hear the fire is to your satisfaction." That was genuine though, easily seen in the curve of a barely there smile as Dimitri went about removing unnecessary pieces of his armor. "I would wager such a storm to last a few hours at the very least; luckily, this cabin is well equipped for just that." There was enough wood stacked up next to the fireplace to last an entire week, along with a crate of rations enough to last the same, no doubt even slightly longer with it just being the two of them.
Setting his armor to the side, Dimitri shed yet another layer in the form of his overcoat as the fire heated their little space, it being handed over to Claude without even a blink of concerned blue eyes as the prince looked the other over. "Will this all be enough? There are a few blankets as well that were left here, though it would do well for you not to sweat, lest you grow all the colder."
