“Well, aren’t you a sight for sore eyes. Good morning, Asher!” Ches smiles at him as she invades his table, not even bothering asking him for permission to sit down before she does. If he had a problem with it, he was just going to have to deal with it - she missed him, she was stealing his attention during breakfast. “Sleep well? I didn’t but I have the best idea!” She grins before she takes a bite of her bagel, holding up a finger as she chews to signal she wasn’t even close to done with that thought.
“We should start a pyramid scheme, one of the more culty ones though - you know - like the Church of Scientology or some shit. You’re pretty, I bet we could convince people to join and pocket the money for ‘administration purposes.’” Okay, so it was a thought she had in the middle of the night that had stuck with her which probably meant wasn’t actually a good idea. As long as there’s some kind of product, the government calls it an MLM.”
Honestly, Ches didn’t even need the money - she had more than enough to get by for the rest of her life without lifting as much as a finger if she wanted to, but she was bored and it sounded better than... rereading the books in the library again or something she’d already done a few times like that.
