30 Day Warden Challenge: Day 2

...I was honestly not expecting to gain so many wonderful RP partners so fast. I'm so sorry for my spotty presence & slow replies the last couple days. I love you all dearly and I'm gonna dive into these now to try and get some done for you. Also, I'ma tag you all just so you know I haven't forgotten you and understand a little why I've been staring at my drafts and rolling away the last couple days. THERE ARE JUST SO MANY. xD

If I missed anyone, please let me know and/or link me! I promise it wasn't on purpose and I'd hate to lose someone because Tumblr ate a notification. >.>

Tallis wandered the streets of this unknown city aimlessly. With no mission from the Qunari, she thought she would try the more human style of living: making your own purpose in life. The very definition of chaos in the Ben-Hassrath order, nonetheless Tallis was about to head into this 'chaos' head on.

Browsing the streets, she found herself utterly disinterested with a lot of what this city had to offer. She took an apple she recently lifted from a fruit stall, and took a bite out of it. It seemed a waste to her for her acquired skills to not be used.

Then out of the corner of her eye, she noticed someone. He was drapped in robes, and moved rather curiously through the crowds. Tallis could tell by his movements he wasn't a simple city-dweller, he didn't want to be stopped and wasn't particularly interested in anything the stalls had to offer. Not a thief then. Or just not a good one, anyway... I wonder what his angle is...

Thinking of nothing else to occupy her time, the renegade decided it could be fun to tail him, so she followed him from a distance.

A rare smile crossed Inara’s features as Asheriel’s head dropped to the crook of her shoulder. Leliana’s choice in song had lulled them all into a drowsy state, particularly after the meal Morrigan had prepared. For once they’d been able to eat well, having happened upon a buck not yet tainted by the Blight. With full bellies and a warm fire, it was no wonder they were all feeling so lazy, but it would be a lie to say she wasn’t a little surprised that Ashe had fully fallen asleep on her.

She didn’t mind it, though. They’d been traveling together for some time, and Inara had grown fonder of the mage than she’d expected to when they met. Then again, she hadn’t expected to trust anyone in such a way ever again. She leaned her cheek onto the top of his head and closed her eyes, allowing herself this small show of affection until Leliana finished her song. As silence fell throughout the camp, Inara lifted her head and smoothed a lock of the mage’s hair back from his face, rousing him gently. 

"Come along, Ashe. Let’s get you to bed."
