Tear hadn’t at all expected for Asch to kiss her so suddenly, so outright. Blue eyes widened for a few seconds upon his lips meeting hers, and her body tensed at the sudden intimate contact. Her mind could barely process what was happening, but it was only as he was pulling away when her body began to ease and she began kiss him back.

Maybe she kissed him back because his lips felt unusually nice on her own. Maybe it was something that simply happened in the heat of the moment. It was something that her head couldn’t quite get around, it was something that would remain to play on her mind for a while. As it ended, her eyes instantly turned to meet with the floor, and her teeth began to nibble at her lip.

“... A-Asch, why did you..?” Her words were quiet with a slight embarrassed stutter. Eyes eventually were able to look towards the redhead, to try and take in his reaction.

“Calm down, calm down. It’s me! You’re not where you think you are, you’re safe with me at home.”

Her attentions quickly turned to the person who spoke with such a familiar voice – and with that something, which despite the constant irrationalities and her distorted sense of reality that filled her mind, clicked into place. Eyes widened as it began to add everything together. This person… it was Asch, wasn’t it? He sounded like him. And he certainly looked like him, which only left her to believe the former, even if it took her a while to process it all.

Just because she recognised him, however, it didn’t mean that her being on edge had passed. Panicked breathing quickly softened, and eyes closed for a brief second. Tear slowly tried to shift back even so – even as pathetic as it seemed to herself, in the back of her mind.

“... Asch?” she asked, as if just to make sure her observation was correct. Her voice was quiet, but a tone of coldness was still shrouded upon it.

Looking around a little, the fonist began to recognise her surroundings, feeling a little more within her comfort zone, but not as significantly enough to break down her guard completely. There was something that was adamant on keeping up the barrier, something that she couldn’t really explain, but it was one of the few things that she knew that she could trust almost blindingly.

“H-how did I..?”

Her mind was at a mess, her memory was at a loss and the mere concepts of the past, dreams and reality had become heavily clouded and mixed between the other. It was practically pitiful, but that was one thing that definitely would be fought against, no matter what state of mind she was in.

“I c-couldn’t...” Natalia said, trying to stem the bleeding of the wound that ran from her hip to her knee. Her hands glowed as she trying to gather enough fonons to close up the injury. “I c-couldn’t lose you... not again, Asch...”

It hurt, more than words could describe, but the princess tried to smile at the redhead.

“I’m... s-supposed to take care of you...”

So in my current thread with Asch - Luke needs a new set of clothes because he is a bloody mess cause you can't go see the emperor in a coat dyed in blood.

I am not setting here drawing out his new outfit before I reply.

The redhead stirred slightly, his head pounding and skin on fire. It was difficult to just open his eyes, yet the sound of a familiar voice spoke to him, somehow comforting and soothing, compared to the rest of the sensations he was experiencing.

"N-No…" Trying to sit up, Asch pulled away from the gentle hand and gripped at the side of his face, everything spinning in front of him. How long had it been since he became this ill?

"I need to…hurry and leave…."

"No. You need to rest." he spoke as he gave the other a light push to his shoulder, forcing him to lay back on the couch that he was perched upon. "And you honestly should probably take off some of that stuff uniform. I don't understand how you're not completely overheating." The replica sighed.

"I'll go get you some water, and you will lay there and do nothing. The wind could knock you over right now Asch, so please don't try to argue with me." Came a frown accompanied by puffed cheeks as he turned and left the room for only a moment.
