“Remind me why we're at a grocery store the day before Halloween?” Mox asks his boyfriend. “I need to get some eggs to take to Ashley's” Demetri answers as he grabs three cartons of eggs. “Is she making her devil eggs again or did one of her husbands piss you off again?” Mox asks, causing Demetri to laugh a bit. “Both, it's funny that this is normal to you now” he points out as they walk around the store. “Hey man, you've accepted my weird shit so it's only fair I accept yours! That's what boyfriends do” Mox says casually, causing Demetri to freeze up a bit.
He's still not used to showing that much affection so when Mox calls him his boyfriend he kinda gets thrown off a bit. Hell, he hasn't even told Mox he loved him yet. “You ok big guy?” Mox asks him a bit worryingly. “Uh yeah, sorry I'm still kinda not used to that label yet” Demetri says truthfully. “Oh shit did I mess up?” Mox asks curiously. “No, I'll learn to get used to it eventually ” his boyfriend says to him reassuringly. “If you say so” Mox says as he throws a big bag of candy into the cart. “What the hell did you just throw in there?” Demetri asks as he looks into the cart.
“Three Musketeers for me, duh!” Mox answers like it's obvious. “You can't wait til they're on clearance to get them?” Demetri asks with his arms crossed. “No because I need them for tonight so I don't have the urge to punch one of the husbands Ashley has custody of” Mox explains as he looks at Demetri. He looks back at Mox and gives him a quick kiss. “You don't need to have an excuse to get candy, Jon” Demetri says with a smirk, leaving Mox a blushing mess. He then adds another bag of the same candy into the cart and drags a flustered Mox to the checkout counter.
“So which husband does Ashley have tonight?” Mox asks as he looks out the window of the car. “I think it's Cole?” Demetri answers, causing Mox to groan. “Ugh really? Figures considering he's on injury leave…” he says mostly to himself. “Exactly so be nice to him alright? I don't want my sister getting pissed cause you did something to him” Demetri says as he continues to drive. “Not my fault he's a weak bitch” Mox says with a grin. “Jon” his boyfriend warns, causing Mox to sigh. “Fine I promise” he says as they make it to Ashley's house.
The yard was decorated with jack-o’-lanterns and multiple Halloween decorations. “Looks like a Spirit store threw up all over the lawn” Mox says as Demetri parks the car. “I thought you liked Halloween?” He asks as both of them get out of the car and he grabs the eggs. “I do but sometimes people go a bit overboard… your sister is one of them” Mox answers as he keeps his candy close to his chest. “You're not sharing that candy are you?” Demetri asks with a smirk. “Anyone who touches it is losing their fucking fingers” Mox threatens as Demetri knocks on the door. They hear footsteps coming and the door opens revealing Ashley.
“Demetri!” She says happily as she hugs her brother. “Nice to see you too sis” he says as he hugs his sister back. “Hey Jon!” Ashley says as she hugs Mox as well. “Hey princess, where's Cole's dumbass at?” He asks, receiving a glare from Demetri. “He's probably gaming again, you guys make yourselves at home while I go get him” Ashley answers as she lets them both inside. Mox makes his way to the couch as Demetri sets the cartons on the counter. He then opens up his bag of candy and pops one in his mouth.
“Thank god for unwrapped shit” he says as he chews on the chocolate. “Can I have one or are ya gonna bite my finger off?” Demetri asks as he walks over to Mox. “Give me a kiss and I'll give you one” his boyfriend says with a cheeky grin. Demetri playfully rolls his eyes as he kisses Mox. “Can I have one now?” He asks sweetly. “I love you” Mox says as he pops one in Demetri's mouth. “Are you trying to fry my brain tonight?” He asks with a laugh as he chews on the candy. “I'm gonna keep saying it because it's true” Mox says truthfully. “Well, same” Demetri says, causing both of them to laugh. “Gross” Adam Cole says as he enters the room.
“Shut the fuck up, Cole!” Both men say in unison. “Babe, they're bullying me again!” Adam yells out as Ashley walks into the room. “Already? Must be a new record! Yay, you got the eggs!” She says happily as she opens one of the cartons. “Did you think I would forget?” Demetri asks her curiously. “Probably, considering you're dating someone who constantly loses blood to his brain during matches and it's rubbing off on you” Adam says with a smirk. “You wanna get punched don't you, cripple?” Mox asks him seriously.
“Not my fault I'm right… bitch” Adam says, causing Mox to growl. “Hey! No fighting in here! Adam stop antagonizing Jon!” Ashley says as she reprimands her husband. “Alright fine” Adam says under his breath as Ashley starts boiling the eggs. Mox continues to stare at Adam which Demetri notices. “Calm down, Jon” he says as he joins Mox on the couch and tries to block his view. When that doesn't work, he then pulls the older man to his chest. “Uspokoysya, moya lyubov” he says quietly which calms Mox down a bit.
“I love when you speak weird to me” he says quietly, causing Demetri to laugh. “Well… I love you” he says, Mox's eyes going wide. “Again” he says, clearly not believing what he's hearing. “I love you, Jon” Demetri says with a blush. He then feels Mox kiss him passionately which he melted into instantly. “Finally you fucking said them” Mox says as they break apart. “Like I said, I'd get used to it” Demetri says with a shrug. “Once again… gross” Adam says, causing both men to glare at him.
“Can I beat his ass now?” Mox asks his boyfriend. “That's up to Ashley” Demetri says as both of them look at his sister. “Go for it” she says as she continues cooking. “Aw fuck” Adam says as Mox gets off the couch. “Time to do some cardio, Bay-Bay!” He says as he chases Adam throughout the mansion. “God I love that fucking maniac” Demetri says truthfully, causing his sister to laugh. “I'm glad you finally told him you loved him” Ashley says with a smile. “Guess the holidays make me sappy” Demetri answers with a laugh as he watches the man he loves try to beat up his brother-in-law.
