“Where the bloody hell is it?” Kit asks in an annoyed tone. He's currently rummaging around in his bathroom, desperately looking for his hair dryer. He's trying to get ready so he can show his boyfriend around London but apparently luck has different plans for him today. First, he wakes up to find that Matt has already left to go to the nearby gym so Kit missed out on some cuddle time. Second, he looks in the mirror and is horrified to see that he looks like a rat's asshole exploded! Third, he almost slips while in the shower so today is really not his day.
“Can anything go my way today?!?!” Kit asks as he sits on the toilet in defeat. “Maybe I should just brush it out” he says to himself as he grabs his hair brush. He brushes it in even strokes until his brush unfortunately gets stuck in his hair. “No… no no no!” He says as he tries to yank it out, causing him to hiss in pain. The brit is one mishap away from having a total meltdown. He feels tears stings his eyes as he slides down to the floor. Kit always talks about how it's ok for men to cry so he's actually gonna take his own advice for once.
Kit just lets himself cry until everything becomes blurry in his vision. He's so deep in his despair that he didn't realize that his boyfriend entered the house. “Kit? Kitty, what's wrong?” Matt asks him in a worried tone. “Everything is just going to shit!” The younger man explains through tears. His boyfriend joins him on the floor and sits right in front of him. “Hey, look at me” he instructs as he holds the younger man's hands. Kit looks up at his boyfriend as tears stream down his face. “Take a deep breath for me, ok? In and out, in and out” Matt instructs as he inhales and exhales.
Kit does as he's told and takes deep breaths. “Keep continuing to do that for a few more seconds, hon” Matt tells him quietly. The brit continues to do it for a few minutes until he feels himself calm down. “Are you feeling better?” The older man asks him nicely. “I think so…” his boyfriend answers a bit quietly. “What happened? When I left earlier you were ok” the older man says as he wipes Kit's tears away. “That's what started it… I missed cuddle time then I realized I look like an ugly mess.
Then I almost slipped in the bloody shower and I can't find my blow dryer! Now my hairbrush is stuck in my hair…” Kit explains with a sniffle. “Poor kitty, you're having a bad start to your day aren't you?” Matt asks as he continues to hold his boyfriend's face. “Yeah…” the brit says with a sigh. “Let's get you ready for our date, ok?” The older man asks him with a soft smile. “You still want to do that?” Kit asks him in a confused tone. “Yeah! Everyone has a bad day and I should know since I've had several in my life but it shouldn't stop you from having fun” Matt explains to his boyfriend.
“Yeah, you're right” Kit says to him. “Plus, I want my tour guide to look absolutely beautiful today!” Matt says, causing his boyfriend to laugh. “Ok ok, let's start with getting this damn brush out of my hair” he says as both of them get off the floor. “Turn around so I can see the damage” the older man says to him. The younger man slowly turns so his back is facing his boyfriend. “Ok, it's not too bad! Just needs some detangler and it'll be good as new” Matt tells him reassuringly as he grabs the bottle off the counter.
“You've only known me for three weeks and I already feel like you belong here” Kit admits to his boyfriend. “I feel like I belong here too” Matt says with a smile of his own as he starts spraying Kit's hair with detangler. He focuses as he carefully straightens the knot out and takes the hairbrush out. “All done!” He says happily as he puts the bottle back down on the counter along with the hairbrush. Kit looks in the mirror and is surprised by the results. “Wow, it would've taken me hours to get that out!” he says as he turns his head to look at the sides.
“That's from practice, baby! Also your hair is kinda dry now so you probably don't need to blow dry it” Matt tells him truthfully. “You're probably right, I don't wanna find that damn thing today anyway” Kit says as he leaves the bathroom with his boyfriend following behind him. “Fair enough, I remember one time I lost a pair of sneakers and I was so mad! I kept accusing people of stealing them and it turns out they were in Nick's suitcase because he stole them from me” the older man explains with a laugh. “I bet it was awkward when you apologized” Kit says as he picks out his outfit.
“Yeah… I had to do a live segment and apologize” Matt admits as he blushes a bit from embarrassment. “I would've loved to see that live” Kit says with a laugh as he gets dressed. “I promise you babe, I ugly cry and you do not want to see that” the older man says with a shake of his head. “Like I always say, it's ok for men to cry! Doesn't matter what they look like” his boyfriend says as he finishes getting dressed and walks in front of his vanity. His whole outfit was all in baby blue. Kit was wearing a v-neck cardigan with a penguin embroidered on the chest pocket.
He's also wearing a pair of wide leg jeans with some baby blue sneakers. Kit also has his hair up in a high ponytail with star snap hair clips. To complete the outfit, he has his baby blue purse with his little palm sized stuffed baby blue penguin peeking out. “How do I look?” he asks his boyfriend curiously. “Beautiful, just like I said earlier” Matt says as he hugs his beloved from behind. “I love you” the Brit whispers as he leans against his boyfriend. “I love you too” the older man whispers back as he kisses the younger man deeply.
“Now, I believe it's time for my tour?” Matt asks as they break apart, causing his boyfriend to giggle. “Do you wanna see all the tourist spots or my favorite places?” Kit asks him curiously. “Obviously your favorite places! I don't want the paparazzi to see you since you're kinda a celebrity around here” the older man says, causing the brit to laugh. “Alright, fine! There's this place I always go sometimes for breakfast that I wanna take you” he says a bit excitedly. “Lead the way, sexy tour guide!” Matt says as they hold hands and leave the house to start their good day.
