“Eat dirt?” Erik asks. “Is that the worst insult you can come up with?”

“I don’t think I’ve told someone to eat dirt since I was six years old,” Soren adds.

Now WHERE have I heard an exchange like this before???? Hmmmm.

OH YEAH.

You know, where Elle and Emmett are in the car? Where she calls him a butthead?

Did anyone notice....

So in the first book of ash princess it mentioned Arts eyes flashing blue when she used her magic but nothing about eyes flashing colour when the Guardians use their power ever again. I missed the line the first few times I read it and I just noticed. It also doesn’t tell us what the colours of the crystals are so we just make assumptions.

In the first book Cress and Theo were sitting and talking about treasonous stuff in front of a lot of gossiping courtiers that could have overheard them if they wanted to and tell the Kaiser.

The Kaiser is 35-37 and he hasn’t fought in ten whole years so apparently he’s fat and ugly. It said that he used to be handsome when he was just a prinz so I don’t know what’s going on with that. Also would that mean he had Søren when he was 20 and by that time he had already killed all of his family and all of his wife’s. Like what. I know Kalovaxians are ruthless but he was twenty and his people didn’t like him so why would they kill his family for him.

I like Blaise so much and it’s actually sad

So Blaise is my favourite character and it’s actually funny how much I am like him....

So I wanted to make some points on why he’s such a good character.

He likes to glare. Go within a 50meter radius radius to him and he will give you the most vicious glare that you have ever seen.

He like Art rolls his eyes so much like no matter the situation he just rolls his eyes in frustration and I think that it is kinda funny.

He is a survivor. He spent 5 years in a mine and that didn’t fully break him. It just made him stronger. Stronger than anyone else can be.

Blaise never had the chance to disappoint me......He always cared so much and was such a good character.

Blaise accepts things even when he knows it’s hard but he will always fight in a battle he know he won’t win.

Why I like Artemisia (book 3 spoilers kinda)

Everyone knowing she lies

Theo be like “sure”

Art kissing Maile for some weird reason

Art the sassy one

Art the fighter

Art the one who’s brother died in the mine

Art who wanted her mother to be proud of her

Art the one who wants to be noticed but is shadowed

Art the one who broke Spiros’s feelings

Art the one who would never admit this.....

Did anyone notice (technically spoilers for book 2 and 3)

That in book 2 Theodosia told Mina who blaise was and then in the next one she was so confused about how Mina knew exactly who blaise was. Like on page 483 Mina was like “your hypothetical friend is he still hypothetical” and Theo was just like “It’s blaise the Earth guardian” the next one Mina was just like “ your hypothetical friend has been a real help” or whatever and Theo was just like I had only referred to blaise as hypothetically but it now seemed Mina knew exactly who he was.

Then I started thinking... did Theo mean that Blaise’s life was hypothetical????
