“Well, Its Friday night in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Infinitely Expanding Universe and there is no place I'd rather be  than right here, right now, feeling fully zentastic after an hour and half of Kundalini yoga :) Tonight's class closing relaxation meditation was on the intention of having a calm heart and letting go, so to share a hilarious little borderline gross but not gross depending on how long we've been in this relationship together kind of way experience I just had, after said meditation we lie on our backs and rub the palms of our hands and soles of our feet together to for nerve stimulation  and endorphin production purposes and when I sat up and opened my eyes, the first thing i saw on the mat below me was this chordate shaped piece of my own dead skin.  Oh you silly little universe you :) Ps- chordate is the fancy shmancy way of saying heart shaped, often used by tree doctors and today i really wished I was Forrest Gump as I longed to know for one whole consecutive day how it would feel to love unwavering. You know? E.T instagram home @_@”
