Que alivio maravilloso es ser quien somos; soltar las fachadas y las mascaras; mostrarnos en nuestra vulnerabilidad que es nuestra fuerza. Que regalo poder caminar en esta vida con el corazón abierto, sin piso, con anhelo por la verdad y fe en la Luz. El camino de la incertidumbre es real para quienes aspiramos a vivir una vida con los ojos abiertos. El yoga nos contiene y abraza en el proceso de dejar paulatinamente quien creíamos ser mientras damos a luz un ser que nos ofrece todo lo que anhelamos: silencio, reposo interior y las agallas de darle la bienvenida a lo que es sin juicios ni expectativas. Today I’m also grateful for my students all over the world, past and future because we all share the same frequency and vibration. That is why we have connected. There are no coincidences on the spiritual path and I’m very blessed to know you all, high vibration beings. I’m always so happy and thrilled to see you expanding as you continue to apply the medicine of practice. Each one of you was a beautiful seed when we met and practice has sprouted all the wonder inside of you. I know it has also stirred all the samsara but the purpose of this is to observe, embrace, heal and let go. Moving on means we are ready to embrace our destinies, beyond whatever we ever thought our destiny was. As student and teacher, we are mirrors to each other and every quality you see in me you have. Keep going, never give up, relinquish the fear and always choose the path of less resistance. Choose love above anything else, even when it hurts or makes you feel powerless and humbled you. Vulnerability is the medicine and we can surpass anything with the power of our practice and the strength that comes to us from this lineage of light warriors ⚡️⚡️⚡️Thank you again to each one of you for teaching me so much about life, love, devotion, surrender, trust, friendship and determination. Continuo agradeciendo a la vida #graciasalavida a este ser inmenso, profundo y cálido que llamo mi hija amada. Esta fuerza se expresa en su vida de muchas maneras pero especialmente en cada pincelada, en cada color y más allá de lo visible, en la intensidad contenida en su alma. Su obra me inspira ya que me habla sin palabras de lo inefable, de lo eterno y tiene la fiereza del diamante 💎 y a la vez, la dulzura y ternura de lo más vulnerable. Me han dado una hermosa flor entre siete seres pero esta flor 🌷 nunca se dobla ni se marchita sino que explota infinita en cada paso en esta tierra.
